• I am a qualified Paint Technologist, having an experience of over 20 years in the field of Surface Coatings, and having wide experience and expertise in various fields of paint technology such as Paint Manufacture, Paint Application Technology, and Powder Coatings Applications. I also have a good exposure to the Future Technologies in the field of Surface Coatings like UV Cure TECHNOLOGY COATINGS.

• While working in the field, especially in the Indian as well as global Wood Finishing and furniture industry, I was fortunate to interact with many international experts in this technology and to learn from them. Along with this I also had an opportunity to design, erect equipments and work in the best of the plants for paint shops.  While working there I could study and understand New Aspects in the Technology.

• In an effort to have a dialogue with people in this field, and to share my valuable experience and expertise as well as knowledge for the betterment of finish quality, getting the best coating utilization, reduction of rejection percentage, awareness of world quality standards, I am working as a regular Wood finishing Consultant for furniture industries in India as well as I am organizing Training Program in various aspects of the field.
